Welcome to Three Gables new online store. Quilting has been a pastime for generations, no centuries - quilts made by the Egyptians have been discovered. And we can't forget our foremothers who made quilts out of old clothes to serve as utilitarian pieces, to keep them warm at night. Looking at some of the old quilts, although their fabric choices may have been limited, they were works of art, embellished with whatever the quilter had on hand and lovingly stitched to complete her work of art.
